Hypnotherapy is not really dangerous and, till date, no one has ended up seriously hurt (except some around the pocket because of unscrupulous hypnotherapists!). Even the Council of Mental Health within the American Medical Association has approved hypnosis to be a safe practice with no harmful adverse reactions. The reason is the good resilience of our depths of the mind that always has some of our best interest as its primary attention. The only danger is usually from ignorance and misconceptions about it procedure.

Coming to the most dreaded topic, "Can I be made to do things against my will? " The answer is a resounding no! Under hypnosis, no anyone online can make you do a single thing against your will or unlike your value system. No one can make you unknowingly demonstrate your deepest secrets whether.
